Connecting
We bring together people and resources across northeast Baltimore City to collaborate through shared assets and values, putting their ideas for a better community into action.
Facilitating
We provide a platform for experts and educators to explore local issues alongside community members, creating space for civil and empathetic dialogue.
Empowering
We identify local ideas and issues that advance equity and inclusion, empowering community members to be civically engaged.
Asset-driven approaches
We believe our community is full of diverse and capable gifts and assets, and we constructively nurture relationships, so people can be engaged as actors, not just as recipients of services.
